Our online quotes are generated using real-time pricing data and are very accurate for standard moves. We include a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) guarantee, meaning your final cost will never exceed the quoted estimate. The quote accounts for crew size, distance, estimated weight, and any specialty items.

How long is a moving quote valid?

Moving quotes from Worry Free Moving are valid for 30 days from the date they are generated. After 30 days, rates may have changed and a new quote may be needed. You can look up your existing quote anytime using your quote number, email, or phone number.

What is included in a Worry Free Moving quote?

Our quotes include loading, transportation, and unloading labor, plus fuel surcharges and any applicable travel fees. For interstate moves, the quote also covers a weigh fee, setup/cleanup time, and a return trip charge. Packing materials and specialty item handling are itemized separately if selected.

Are there any hidden fees with Worry Free Moving?

No. We provide fully transparent pricing with every line item shown in your quote breakdown. Our Not-to-Exceed guarantee means you pay the quoted price or less. There are no surprise charges on moving day.

What is the difference between local and interstate moving rates?
